MEETING: JWI: 2012 Director Nominations

DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS CLOSING DATE

Just Water International Limited (NZAX: JWI) would like to advise that at the
Company's annual meeting on 25 October 2012 Anthony Edwin Falkenstein will
retire by rotation in accordance with the Company's constitution and the NZAX
Listing Rules, and will be eligible for re-election.

Nominations for directors are now being accepted by the Company. The closing
date for nominations is Friday, 28 September 2012.

Director nominations:
o can only be made by shareholders who are entitled to attend and vote at the
annual meeting;
o must be accompanied by the consent, in writing, of the person nominated;
o should contain a brief curriculum vitae of the nominee; and
o must be received by the Company by Friday, 28 September 2012.
