REL: 1340 HRS Just Water International Limited
MEETING: JWI: Director Nominations Closing Date
Just Water International Limited (NZAX: JWI) would like to advise that at the
Company's annual meeting on 24 October 2013 Ian Donald Malcolm will retire by
rotation in accordance with the Company's constitution and the NZAX Listing
Rules and will not be putting his name forward for re-election.
Nominations for directors are now being accepted by the Company. The closing
date for nominations is Friday, 27th September 2013.
Director nominations:
- can only be made by shareholders who are entitled to attend and vote at the
annual meeting;
- must be accompanied by the consent, in writing, of the person nominated;
- should contain a brief curriculum vitae of the nominee; and
- must be received by the Company by Friday, 27th September 2013.
