MEETING: JWI: Director Nominations Closing Date
Just Water International Limited (NZAX: JWI) would like to advise that at the
Company's annual meeting on 7th December 2015 Ian Donald Malcolm and Brendan
Timothy Wood will retire in accordance with the Company's constitution and
the NZAX Listing Rules.
Ian Donald Malcolm and Brendan Timothy Wood are both eligible and as such
offer themselves for re-election.
Nominations for directors are now being accepted by the Company. The closing
date for nominations is Friday, 6th November 2015.
Director nominations:
- can only be made by shareholders who are entitled to attend and vote at the
annual meeting;
- must be accompanied by the consent, in writing, of the person nominated;
- should contain a brief curriculum vitae of the nominee; and
- must be received by the Company by Friday, 6th November 2015.
