Resolution 1:
To re-elect Carmel Fisher as Director

Result:   Passed by show of hands

Resolution 2:
To elect Alistair Ryan as Director

Result:   Passed by show of hands

Resolution 3:
To elect Carol Campbell as Director

Result:   Passed by show of hands

Resolution 4:
To record the re-appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers as auditor of the
Company and to authorise the Board of directors to fix the remuneration of
the auditor for the ensuing year.
