The 2015 annual meeting of Kiwi Property shareholders will be held at Eden
Park, Auckland at 10.00am on Friday 31 July 2015. Venue details are:

Pursuant to NZX Listing Rule 3.3.5, 19 June 2015 is the closing date for Kiwi
Property shareholders to nominate a person to be considered at the meeting
for election as a director of Kiwi Property.
Nominations must be addressed to the Company Secretary and be received by
Kiwi Property on or before 19 June 2015 at the following address:
