Notice of annual meeting
LIC's Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday 22 October: 10.30am at
Kingsgate Hotel, 100 Garnett Avenue, Hamilton.
The AGM will include an overview of the 2012/2013 year, and updates from
chairman Murray King and chief executive Wayne McNee.
Presentations will cover:
- LIC's new Strategy and how it is being implemented
- Innovation in genetics that shortens gestation length of dairy cows
- R&D investment and new product development
- New focus on environment, nutrition and animal health
- New on-farm technology solutions
- Integration of recently-purchased Dairy Automation Limited (DAL)
Lunch will follow the meeting, at 12.30pm.
