Notice of Annual Meeting

The Annual Meeting of Livestock Improvement Corporation (LIC) will be held in
Ashburton on Tuesday 20 October 2015.

The attached Notice of Annual Meeting document, which outlines the business
to be conducted, has been posted to shareholders today.

LIC board chair Murray King, and chief executive Wayne McNee, will present
the farmer-owned co-operative's performance for the financial year to 31 May
2015, and share their outlook for 2016 and beyond.

Shareholders are also invited to join the directors, councillors and senior
management for the evening, for informal discussions outside of the meeting,
refreshments and dinner. Please note the RSVP requirements for post-meeting
events in the Notice of Annual Meeting document.
