Notice of Special Meeting of Shareholders
Energy Mad Limited advises that the Board has called a Special Meeting of
shareholders to be held on Wednesday, 25 February 2015 at 10am (New Zealand
time) at The Chateau on the Park, Hotel and Conference Centre, Corner Deans
Avenue and Kilmarnock Street, Riccarton, Christchurch, New Zealand.
Voting entitlements for the Special Meeting will be determined as at 5.00pm
(New Zealand time) on Monday, 23 February 2015.
The Special Meeting of shareholders is to vote on the matters detailed in the
attached notice of meeting.
