MEETING: MCK: MCK: 2014 ASM remarks, results / Independent Directors
Millennium & Copthorne Hotels New Zealand Limited advises that the all
resolutions put to the annual meeting of shareholders held earlier today were
passed on a show of hands.
Chairman Mr. Hong Ren Wong and Independent Director Richard Bobb were
re-elected as directors of the Company and the Directors were authorised to
fix the remuneration of the Company's auditors.
The Company has therefore determined in accordance with NZSX Listing Rules
that Messrs Bobb and Graham McKenzie are the Independent Directors of the
Company. Messrs HR Wong, BK Chiu and Vincent Yeo are not Independent
Directors.
Remarks made by Chairman Wong Hong Ren to shareholders are also attached as
are the presentation slides used at the meeting.
