ANNUAL MEETING & DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS
Metlifecare Limited (NZX: MET; ASX: MEQ) advises that its Annual Meeting will
be held at 2.30pm on 27 October 2015 at the Alexandra Park Function Centre.
Metlifecare also advises that nominations for directors to be considered for
appointment at the Annual Meeting are now open. The closing date for
nominations is 9 September 2015, at 5:00pm (New Zealand Standard Time).
Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at
