METLIFECARE ANNUAL MEETING RESULTS
Shareholders were told that Metlifecare (NZX: MET, ASX: MEQ) has had a strong
year of financial results to 30 June 2015 at its Annual Shareholders Meeting
in Auckland. The Company's focus on development, increasing its care
offering and delivering value to shareholders was detailed by Chair Kim Ellis
and CEO Alan Edwards.
The following resolutions were passed (by poll) by shareholders of
Metlifecare Limited at its Annual Meeting this afternoon:

A copy of the revised Constitution, as approved by shareholders under
resolution 5 above, is attached.
