2014 Annual Meeting and Closing Date for Director Nominations
Michael Hill International Limited advises that the Annual Meeting of
shareholders will be held on Wednesday 29 October at 10.30am at the Stamford
Plaza hotel, Albert St, Auckland.
For the purposes of Listing Rule 3.3.5, the Company also advises that in
respect of the Annual Meeting, the closing date for Director Nominations is
Monday 1st September 2014. All enquiries relating to this notice should be
