MEETING: MHI: 2015 Annual Meeting. Closing date for Director Nominations
Michael Hill International Limited advises that the Annual Meeting of
shareholders will be held on Tuesday 3 November at 10.30am at the Auckland
Room 4, Sky City Convention Centre, 88 Federal St, Auckland.
For the purposes of Listing Rule 3.3.5, the Company also advises that in
respect of the Annual Meeting, the opening date for nominations for Directors
is 17 August and the closing date is 5pm on Monday 31 August 2015. No person
(other than a Director retiring at the meeting) shall be elected as a
Director at the annual meeting unless that person has been nominated by a
shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the meeting. All enquiries
