MEETING: MOA: Moa Notice of 2015 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (updated)

Subsequent to the 2014 meeting Moa announced that John Ashby and Ashley Waugh
had joined the board to replace Alistair Ryan and Kim Ellis. In accordance
with NZX Main Board Listing Rules two additional resolutions are now required
for John Ashby and Ashley Waugh at our upcoming meeting.
