MEETING: MPG: Notification of closing date for director nominations
Notification of closing date for director nominations
Metro Performance Glass Limited's Annual Meeting will be held in Auckland on
Wednesday, 26th August 2015. Further details regarding the time and venue
will provided in the Notice of Meeting for the Annual Meeting, which will
include a proxy voting form and details of any resolutions. This notice will
be sent to shareholders prior to the meeting.
For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 3.3.5 and ASX Listing Rule 14.3, Metro
Performance Glass Limited advises that the period for nomination of directors
opens today and will remain open until 5:00pm (New Zealand time) on 27 July
2015.
Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at
the Annual Meeting, and must be received by the Company Secretary by 5:00pm
on the closing date.
