MEETING: MRP: Results of Annual Shareholders' Meeting
At the Annual Shareholders' Meeting of Mighty River Power Limited held on
Thursday 7 November 2013, shareholders approved the following resolutions set
out in the Notice of Meeting dated 9 October 2013.
Director re-elections
- Joan Withers was re-elected as a director
- Keith Smith was re-elected as a director
- Tania Simpson was re-elected as a director
Director's fees
The total remuneration payable to all directors taken together was increased
by $85,000 per annum, such amount to be available for fees payable to an
additional director to be appointed by the Board.

Election of Chair
The Board has met and confirmed the election of Joan Withers as Chair of
Mighty River Power. Pursuant to clause 35.1 of the Company's Constitution,
the Minister of Finance has approved Mrs Withers as Chair of the Company.
