RESULTS OF ANNUAL MEETING
4 NOVEMBER 2015

At the 59th Annual Meeting of shareholders of Nuplex Industries Limited held
at 10.30am today the following matters were approved:

1. Barbara Gibson who retired by rotation was re-elected as a director.
(Approved on a show of hands and on a poll).

2. David Jackson who retired by rotation was re-elected as a director.
(Approved on a show of hands and on a poll).

3. Mary Verschuer was elected as a director.  (Approved on a show of hands
and on a poll).

4. John Bevan was elected as a director.  (Approved on a show of hands and on
a poll).

5. The Directors were authorised to fix the auditor's remuneration and
expenses for the financial year ending 30 June 2016.  (Approved on a show of
hands and on a poll)

For the purposes of NZSX Listing Rules 3.3.2 and 3.3.3, the Board of Nuplex
has determined, and hereby advises, that the following directors of Nuplex
are independent directors:

John Bevan, Barbara Gibson, David Jackson, Peter Springford and Mary
Verschuer.

Rob Aitken has retired as a director of Nuplex effective at the conclusion of
today's annual meeting.
