FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Annual Meeting and Closing Date for Director Nominations
New Talisman Gold Mines Ltd will be holding its Annual Meeting on Thursday
19th September at 11am, 545 Parnell Road, Auckland.
Details of resolutions and a proxy voting form will be in the Notice of
Meeting to be sent to shareholders prior to the meeting.
The closing date for Director nominations is Wednesday 31 July 2013.
All nominations must be received by close of business on the closing date.
Nominations may be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the
Annual General Meeting and should be addressed to:
