RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

NZ Windfarms Limited ("NWF") advises the results of the Shareholders Annual
Meeting held in Auckland on Tuesday 25 November 2014.

Resolution
1) The Directors of NZ Windfarms Limited be authorised to fix, for the
financial year ended 30 June 2015, the fees and expenses of Deloitte as
auditors of NZ Windfarms Limited - Passed by a show of hands
2 a)Dr Julian Macdonald Elder be elected as a Director of NZ Windfarms
Limited. - Passed by a show of hands
2 b)Derek Neil Walker be re-elected as a Director of NZ Windfarms Limited. -
