A Notice of Meeting, including details of any resolutions and a proxy voting
form, will be sent to shareholders in September.

The closing date for director nominations is Thursday, 29 August 2013.
Nominations must be made by written notice to the Company, and accompanied by
the consent in writing of the nominated person.
