MEETING: NZO: Annual Meeting
New Zealand Oil & Gas Limited will hold its Annual Meeting on Tuesday, 4
November 2014 at the InterContinental Hotel in Wellington, commencing at
9.30AM.
The closing date for director nominations is 4 September 2014. Nominations
must be made by written notice to the Company and accompanied by the consent
in writing of the nominated person.
The interim result will be released on 26 August, followed by an investor
briefing in Auckland. An investor briefing will be held in Christchurch the
day after the Annual Meeting.
