REL: 1229 HRS The New Zealand Refining Company Limited
MEETING: NZR: Annual Meeting to be Broadcast on 27 April
Notice has been previously given to Shareholders that the fifty first Annual
Meeting of The New Zealand Refining Company Limited, (the "Company") will be
held at the Company's Office's, Marsden Point, Ruakaka, Whangarei, on Friday
27th April 2012 commencing at 12.30pm.
The meeting will be broadcast on the Company website and a copy of the web
cast made available on our web investor centre after the meeting.
Registration is required to view the meeting. This can be completed from
Monday 23 April by visiting the Company website at www.nzrc.co.nz.
