MEETING: NZR: Director Nominations
On 29th April 2015 the Annual Meeting of The New Zealand Refining Company
Limited (trading as Refining NZ) will be convened.
That Meeting will include resolutions for the re-election of certain
Directors.
Pursuant to Rule 3.3.5 of the NZSX Listing Rules, Refining NZ advises that
the closing date for Director Nominations' is March 20th 2015.
All nominations must be received by the Company Secretary by 5.00pm on the
closing date.
