    Agree with you there. Technology supplier & installation fees paid out with no hint from them that just perhaps there were a few serious glitches that would ensure that the system would never rise anywhere near to their stated claims. And yet no redress or hint from KLL BOD that something was amiss for some 18 months = asleep at the wheel. And yet the resource exists and so much infrastructure established.
