Notification of closing date for director nominations

For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 3.3.5, and ASX Listing Rules 3.13.1 and
14.3, Orion Health Group Limited advises that:

o Orion Health Group Limited's Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held on
Wednesday, 15 July 2015 at 2.00pm (NZ time) at The Clinical Education Centre,
Auckland District Health Board, 2 Park Road, Grafton, Auckland, 1142, New
Zealand.

o The closing date for director nominations is Friday, 12 June 2015; all
nominations must be received by Orion Health Group Limited before 5.00pm on
that date (NZ time). Nominations can be sent by email to
