2015 ANNUAL MEETING RESULTS

The following resolutions were put to shareholders of Orion Health Group
Limited (Company) at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today:

1. That Andrew Ferrier, who retires by rotation in accordance with clause
20.6 of the Constitution, be re-elected as a director of the Company.

2. That Neil Cullimore, who retires by rotation in accordance with clause
20.6 of the Constitution, be re-elected as a director of the Company.

3. That the Board of the Company be authorised to fix the auditor's
remuneration for the financial year ending 31 March 2016.

All of the above resolutions were passed by poll.
