MEETING: PCT: Precinct 2012 AGM results and director independence
NZX and media announcement - 8 November 2012
The annual meeting of shareholders of Precinct Properties New Zealand Limited
(formerly known as AMP NZ Office Limited) was held today. Shareholders passed
all resolutions put to the meeting.
Donald Huse and Graeme Wong were re-elected as directors and the directors
were authorised to fix the remuneration of the auditors, Ernst & Young.
Pursuant to NSZX Listing Rule 3.3.3(a), the Precinct board has determined
that the following directors are independent directors (as defined in the
NZSX Listing Rules):
- Craig Stobo.
- Graeme Horsley.
- Donald Huse.
- Graeme Wong.
The following directors are not independent directors (as defined in the NZSX
Listing Rules):
- Mohamed Alhameli.
- Anthony Beverley.
- Robert Campbell.
- Robert Walker (alternate director for Mohamed Alhameli).
