MEETING: PCT: Precinct announces closing date for director nominations

Precinct Properties New Zealand Limited (Precinct) (NZX: PCT) announced today
that 21 October 2014 is the closing date for nominations by shareholders of
directors to be considered for election at the annual general meeting.

Nominations must be received by 5.00 pm 21 October 2014 and sent to:

Nominations may only be made by shareholders entitled to attend and vote at
