Results of the Pacific Edge Annual General Meeting
Held 23rd August 2012

Pacific Edge Limited advises that the following Ordinary Resolutions were
passed at its Annual General Meeting:
(a) That David Band be re-elected as a Director of the Company;
(b) That PricewaterhouseCoopers be re-appointed as the Company's auditors and
the Directors of the Company be authorised to fix the auditors remuneration
for the ensuing year;
Biographical Information of Director:
David Band
David Band is an experienced international businessman and joined the Board
in 2007 upon returning to New Zealand from Europe. David's career encompasses
a period as Director of the Advanced Business Programme at the University of
Otago and significant experience in corporate consulting and management. This
included extensive periods with Korn/Ferry International, PA Consulting Group
and, most recently, Sibson Consulting. At PA Consulting Group he was head of
the Management Development Practice.
