REL: 1353 HRS Property for Industry Limited
MEETING: PFI: PFI 2012 annual meeting outcomes
Listed industrial property investor Property For Industry (PFI) today held
its annual shareholder meeting at Eden Park, Auckland.
All three ordinary resolutions were carried by shareholders at the meeting,
as follows:
o Anthony Beverley was re-elected as a director of PFI
o Gregory Reidy was also re-elected as a director, and
o The board was authorised to fix the fees and expenses of the company's
auditors, BDO Auckland.
The board of PFI has determined, pursuant to Listing Rule 3.3.3a that the
following directors are, in its view, Independent Directors of the company:
o Peter Masfen
o Humphry Rolleston
o Anthony Beverley.
Gregory Reidy is not an Independent Director because he is associated with,
and represents the interests of, the company's manager.
