PGC Annual Meeting

Pyne Gould Corporation Limited ("PGC") advises that its Annual Meeting will
be held at Mercure Hotel, 8 Customs Street, Auckland on 17 December 2014 at
2pm.

Other details relating to the meeting will be advised in the Notice of
Meeting to be sent to all shareholders.

Closing date for director nominations

The closing date for director nominations is Friday 5 December 2014. All
nominations must be received by 5pm on the closing date.

Nominations may only be made by a security holder entitled to attend and vote
at the meeting, and should be accompanied by the consent in writing of the
person nominated.
