2014 Annual Shareholders Meeting and Director Nominations

PGG Wrightson Limited's Annual Shareholders Meeting will be held on 21
October 2014 at 10.30am at the Napier War Memorial Conference Centre (the
Ballroom), 48 Marine Parade, Napier.

Director nominations may be made by any shareholder entitled to attend and
vote at the Annual Shareholders Meeting and should be forwarded to General

The closing date for director nominations is Wednesday, 10 September 2014.
