PGG Wrightson Limited's Annual Shareholders Meeting will be held on 28
October 2015 at 2pm at the Riccarton Park Raceway, Balmerino Room, 165
Racecourse Road, Christchurch.

Director nominations may be made by any shareholder entitled to attend and
vote at the Annual Shareholders Meeting and should be forwarded to General
