Annual General Meeting and Proxy Voting Form
As noted in the Announcement on 24 April 2014, Promisia Integrative Limited
(formerly Savoy Equities Ltd.) will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on
Thursday, 29 May 2014 in Wellington at the offices of Rainey Collins,
Lawyers, Level 16, 171 Featherston Street, commencing at 3:00pm.

"Proxy Voting Forms."
