2012 Annual Meeting, Director Nominations
and Annual Results Announcement Date

The Port of Tauranga Limited advises that its annual results will be released
to the New Zealand Exchange on Wednesday 29 August 2012 at 10.30am.

Port of Tauranga Limited intends to hold its next Annual Meeting of
shareholders on Thursday 25 October 2012 in Tauranga at 1.00pm at Baycourt,
Corner of Durham and Wharf Streets, Tauranga.

In terms of the NZX Listing Rule 3.3.5, Port of Tauranga Limited advises that
the nomination for Directors has opened and will remain open until 5.00pm on
Friday 31 August 2012.

Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at
the Annual Meeting and should be addressed to Steve Gray, Chief Financial
Officer, Port of Tauranga Limited, Private Bag 12504, Tauranga Mail Centre,
Tauranga 3143.
