Resolutions Passed at 2013 Annual Meeting of Shareholders

All resolutions proposed at the Rakon Limited Annual Meeting of Shareholders
held on 6 September 2013 were passed by the required majority of votes.
The specific resolutions passed were:
1. Bryan William Mogridge was re-elected as a director of the Company.
For: 69,590,853
Against: 14,164,001

2. Darren Paul Robinson was re-elected as a director of the Company.
For: 67,878,153
Against: 15,878,603

3. Herbert Dennis Hunt was elected as a director of the Company.
For: 83,029,219
Against: 822,885

4. The directors were authorised to fix the auditors remuneration for the
ensuing year.
For: 82,201,509
Against: 1,580,886

The Board has determined that, in its view, the Independent Directors of the
Company (in terms of the NZX Listing Rules) are Bryan Mogridge, Herbert Hunt,
Bruce Irvine and Peter Springford.
