NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING AND DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS
Sanford Limited advises that its annual meeting for the financial year ending
30 September 2013 will be held at 2.00pm, Thursday, 19 December 2013 at the
Viaduct Events Centre, 161 Halsey Street, Wynyard Quarter, Auckland 1010.
Sanford advises that the opening date for nominations of directors is 29
October 2013 and the closing date for nominations is 13 November 2013. For
