DIRECTOR NOMINATION PERIOD
The Annual Meeting of shareholders of Smiths City Group Limited will be held
in the Balmerino Room, Riccarton Park Function Centre, Riccarton Racecourse,
Racecourse Road, Upper Riccarton, Christchurch; commencing at 10.30am on
Tuesday 26 August 2014.
Smiths City advises that the closing date for Director nominations is
Thursday 26 June 2014. All nominations must be received by 4.00pm on the
closing date.
Nominations may be made by any shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the
meeting and should be addressed to:
