DIRECTOR NOMINATION PERIOD
The Annual Meeting of shareholders of Smiths City Group Limited will be held
in the Function Lounge, Hagley Oval, Riccarton Avenue, Central Christchurch;
commencing at 10.30am on Tuesday 25 August 2015.
Smiths City advises that the closing date for Director nominations is
Thursday 25 June 2015. All nominations must be received by 4.00pm on the
closing date.
