MEETING: SDL: 2015 Annual Meeting - Results

The annual meeting of Solution Dynamics Limited was held in Auckland today.
The outcome of voting on the three resolutions put to the meeting is as
follows:

RESOLUTION
1.     That the Board be authorised to fix the remuneration of Grant Thornton
as the Company's auditors.
RESULT: Passed

2.     That Mike Smith be re-elected as a director of the Company.
RESULT: Passed

3.     That the maximum total pool of annual (non-executive) directors'
remuneration be increased from $100,000 to $140,000.
RESULT: Passed
