MEETING: SDL: Change to Annual Shareholder Meeting date

SDL had previously announced (19 August 2015: Directors Nominations Listing
Rule 3.2.2) an annual meeting date of 22 October 2015. This has now been
brought forward by 3 days.  The revised details are as follows:

2015 Annual Shareholders Meeting:
Will be held at 10:30am, Monday 19 October 2015 in the Jupiter meeting room
at Solution Dynamics Limited (18 Canaveral Drive, Albany, AUCKLAND).
