MEETING: SDL: Director Nominations: Listing Rule 3.2.2

For the purposes of Listing Rule 3.2.2 of the New Zealand Exchange Limited
Listing Rules, Solution Dynamics Limited (SDL) advises that in respect of its
Annual Meeting for the 2014 year scheduled to be held at 10:30am 23 October
2014 in the Apollo meeting room of SDL 18 Canaveral Drive, Albany, that the
closing date for Director nominations is 26 August 2014.

Nominations may only be made by a Shareholder entitled to attend and vote at
the Annual Meeting and must be accompanied by a consent in writing by the
nominated person.
