MEETING: SEK: Seeka - ASM Notice and Nomination of Directors
SEEKA KIWIFRUIT INDUSTRIES LIMITED announces that the Annual Meeting of
Shareholders of the Company is to be held on Tuesday 23 April 2013.
In accordance with NZX Listing Rule 3.3.5 and the Company's Constitution, the
Company advises that the opening date for nominations of directors is 22
January 2013 and the closing date is 27 February 2013. All nominations must
be received by 4pm on the closing date.
Mr T Nicholas retires as a Director by rotation and has advised that he will
not be available for re-election.
Messrs F Hutchings and A Diaz retire as directors by rotation and, being
eligible, have advised that they will be available for re-election.
