Seeka - ASM Notice and Nomination of Directors
SEEKA KIWIFRUIT INDUSTRIES LIMITED announces that the Annual Meeting of
Shareholders of the Company is to be held on Tuesday 28 April 2015.
In accordance with NZX Listing Rule 3.3.5 and the Company's Constitution, the
Company advises that the opening date for nominations of directors is
27 January and the closing date is 25 February. All nominations must be
received by 4pm on the closing date.
Messrs A Waugh, J Burke and M Brick retire as directors by rotation and,
being eligible, have advised that they will be available for re-election.
