SEEKA KIWIFRUIT INDUSTRIES LIMITED announces that the Annual Meeting of
Shareholders of the Company is to be held on Wednesday 27 April 2016.
In accordance with NZX Listing Rule 3.3.5 and the Company's Constitution, the
Company advises that the opening date for nominations of directors is
26 January and the closing date is 24 February. All nominations must be
received by 4pm on the closing date.
Messrs A Diaz and F Hutchings retire as directors by rotation and, being
eligible, have advised that they will be available for re-election.
