MEETING: SKC: ANNUAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS - RESOLUTIONS

SKYCITY Entertainment Group Limited is pleased to advise that the following
resolutions were passed at its annual meeting of shareholders held today in
Auckland:

Resolution 1: Re-election of Rod McGeoch as a director

Resolution 2: Re-election of Peter Cullinane as a director

Resolution 3: Election of Richard Didsbury as a director

Resolution 4: Auditor's remuneration

In addition, pursuant to NZX Listing Rule 3.3.3(a), the board has determined
that each of the following directors is an Independent Director (as defined
in the NZX Listing Rules):
