Skellerup Holdings Limited Annual Meeting will be held at Eden Park in
Auckland at 2.30pm on Wednesday 28 October 2015.

In accordance with NZX Listing Rule 3.3.5 the closing date for Director
Nominations is Tuesday 06 October 2015.
