MEETING: SKL: Skellerup Holdings Limited Annual Meeting

Shareholders are reminded that the Annual Meeting of Skellerup Holdings
Limited will be held on Wednesday 29 October 2014 in the South Stand, Eden
Park, Reimers Avenue, Auckland at 2.30pm.

Shareholders attending the Annual Meeting should bring their Voting/Proxy
Form that they will have received at the same time as receiving their Annual
Report.  Shareholders not attending are encouraged to vote electronically or
appoint a proxy.  Instructions on how to vote electronically or to appoint a
proxy are shown on the Proxy/Voting Form.  A copy of this Form is also
attached.
