MEETING: SKO: Annual Meeting and Closing Date for Director Nominations
Serko Limited (SKO) announces that its Annual Meeting is to be held on
Wednesday 20 August 2014 at 11am in Auckland. The venue and other details
relating to the meeting will be advised in the Notice of Meeting, which will
be distributed in due course.
For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 3.3.5, Serko advises that the closing
date for director nominations is 17 July 2013. All nominations must be
received by 5.00pm on the closing date.
