Notice of Annual Meeting of Shareholders 2014
Serko Limited (SKO) announces that it has today provided NZX with a copy of
its Notice of Annual Meeting of Shareholders, which is to be held on
Wednesday 20 August 2014 commencing at 11am (New Zealand Time). The Proxy
Form is also attached to this market release.
The Annual Meeting is to be held in the Eden Park Stadium, Level 4 Lounge,
South Stand, Gate G, Eden Park, Reimers Avenue, Kingsland, Auckland, New
Zealand.
The Notice of Annual Meeting has been sent to all eligible shareholders and
is also available on Serko's website at www.serko.com/investor-centre.
